My Story

As a portfolio consultant, I spend my time working with a combination of companies that I find exciting, dynamic and that I truly believe in. Generally, I split my time between traditional consulting roles and interim/fractional leadership roles. This combination allows me to fully integrate myself in the work while also constantly gaining new skills and experiences.

I consider myself an execution-focused problem solver who thrives in uncertain and high pressure situations. One critical element that I bring to my work is that I bring stability to teams that are oftentimes undergoing significant change. I am passionate about culture, living the values that are important to my clients and rolling up my sleeves and digging into the work, no matter how substantial the challenge.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring Arizona and California with my wife, son and 2 dogs, Lucy and Howie.
